Darwin (JS) options for NONMEM models
This section describes the JavaScript Application for setting up a Darwin Search using NONMEM models. The JavaScript Application is accessed from Pirana using Models > New Model or the shortcut keys Ctrl + N when drwn is chosen from the extension pulldown. (For a description of the legacy UI, see “Darwin (legacy) options for NONMEM models”.)
The options for a Darwin search are grouped into categories that are displayed on the left side of the Darwin Search properties window. The options available within each category are described in the following sections.
Validation of entries in the Darwin Search properties window occurs on all the pages. If there are any invalid fields, that field, as well as the page name in the tree on the left, will be highlighted in light red.
Clicking “?” next to an option will open the pyDarwin documentation page in a web browser with more details about that option.
When the Save button is pressed, a .drwn file of the Darwin settings for the NONMEM model search and a confirmation popup message is presented stating that the browser window can be closed. (A similar confirmation message is displayed when Cancel is used.)
