Select the Template extras link in the left list.
The Template extras page has additional options for inclusion in the template file.
In the Problem name field, enter a brief description of the purpose for this template. This text appears in the NONMEM $PROBLEM block.
Check the Embed dataset into the search file box to load the dataset inside the Darwin zip archive with all other files.
If the Embed checkbox is unchecked, enter the path to the dataset used by NONMEM in the Dataset field.
In the $SIZES block addition field, edit or specify the size record. This text appears in the NONMEM $SIZES block.
In the $EST block addition field, edit or specify the arguments provided for the estimation step. This text appears in the NONMEM $EST block.
In the $COV block addition field, edit or specify the arguments provided for the covariance step. This text appears in the NONMEM $COV block.
In the last field, enter any text for rows to be added to the end of the template.
