Objects that Phoenix can export include workflows, operational objects, workbooks, worksheets, text objects, BQL rules, plots, and HTML tables. See “Available export formats” for a list of formats per object type.
A separate Word Export tool allows exporting of worksheets, HTML tables, plots, and text objects to Microsoft Word. See “Exporting to Microsoft Word”.
Select the item to export in the Object Browser.
Select File > Export.
Or
Right-click the item and select Export.
Or
Click the Export icon (
).
If an object cannot be exported the Export button is unavailable.
Note: To export output in the Results tab, click the Export icon in the Results tab toolbar. Otherwise, the selected operational object is exported, and not the results.
Use the Export dialog to specify a location, format, and name for the exported file.
If saving an image file, additional options are displayed in the Export dialog (see “Image file export options”).
Press Save.
Depending on the object type and export format, additional options are presented in a separate dialog once Save is pressed.
