Parameters listed in the Selected PK Parameters list will be included in the finalized results.
Select the parameters in the PK Parameters list and use the Select button to move them to the Selected PK Parameters list. (Similarly, use the Remove button to move selected items from the Selected PK Parameters list back to the PK Parameters list.)
Any selected parameters will be used for reporting and included in the SEND output. Therefore, the parameters need to be reflective of what is in the tables only.
Consecutive_Concentrations counts the largest number of consecutive measurements for a profile. It can be used for exclusion criteria (e.g., “do not report any AUCs that have less than 3 consecutive concentrations within the profile”).
Calculations of parameters that can be normalized by molecular weight, dose, or body weight are automatically calculated. Normalized parameters will have the prefix “MW” for molecular weight-normalized, “DN” for dose-normalized, and “BW” for body weight-normalized.
To include ratios in the results, select all parameters needed for the ratios and press the Ratios button to define ratio calculations.
Use the Load and Save buttons to save and reuse a particular set of parameters.
Press Next to review and adjust any exclusions.
Units are now assigned to the parameters.
