Generate Plots and Tables

Model Results is a results analysis and reporting Shiny app (Certara.ModelResults) that facilitates submission-ready generation of the List of Tables and Figures document. It is available from the Pirana GUI or from R command-line for both NONMEM and NLME models. With Model Results, you can:

Select an executed NLME model, then preview, customize, and tag model diagnostic plots and tables for reporting.

Preview and download corresponding R code used to generate tagged model diagnostics.

Export submission-ready List of Tables and Figures report document of tagged model diagnostics.
