Initial estimates shiny app

  1. Invoke the initial estimates GUI to visually determine a set of reasonable initial values for fixed effects.

    2.   model <- estimatesUI ( model )

  2. Click the Save and Close button to update the model with fixed effect values set to the chosen ones.
