The PC review page shows all of the column names and associated expressions. If a column has “Custom Expression” as its expression, it is not editable, except by an administrator. However, the other Expression column fields are editable.
Note that single quotes are required for text expressions. Without single quotes, the system will retrieve the value from the column with that same name. For example, in the previous image, the expression for column PCTEST is
Analyte
This will retrieve the values from the cells in the Analyte column and put them in PCTEST. Now look at the expression for PCCAT, which is
‘Analyte’
This will display the word Analyte in PCCAT.
The Concentration Data table is not editable, it is only for reference.
The PC.xpt table is a preview of the PC domain file that will be created.
Fix any issues, identified by a red outline in the Expression column, by editing the cell content.
Press the Apply button to update the preview with any changes that have been made to this page.
Press the Terminology Mapping button to change the mapping of the matrix, unit, or PP parameters with the code list (see “Terminology mapping”).
Press the Next button to review the PP domain data.
The PP review page is the same as the PC review page in terms of layout and functionality.
When finished reviewing the PP domain data, press the Submit button.
The PC and PP worksheets are created and added to the Data folder. If the study was a Sparse study, a POOLDEF worksheet is also created, which links the PC and PP.
