Set sampling design
By default, serial study data is assumed. For sparse study data:
Press the Sampling Design button at the bottom of the Analysis Profiles page.
Select the profiles with sparse study data.
Right-click one of the selected rows and choose Sparse in the pop-up menu.
If Sparse is selected, you have the option of creating a third gender for that profile by checking the Create Combined Gender box.
Press OK.
If the checkbox is checked, PK Submit will create a third gender by copying male and female data to the end of the table and renaming the Gender value to “Combined”.
