Resetting an Analysis
This section describes the changes that occur on each page of the Wizard when an analysis is reset. A reset occurs when Yes is selected in the Reset Analysis pop-up, which is displayed when opening the Analysis Wizard and the program detects existing output.
Column Derivations and Transformations
Columns of data generated by executing defined expressions are cleared from the lower table. However, the expressions themselves are retained and remain available in the upper table. Press the Execute button to recreate the columns.
Column Derivations and Transformations: Reorder Columns
Any reordering of columns is lost and the columns appear in the order listed in the Merge Result worksheet.
Analysis Profiles
Any manual specification of trough data, either using the Trough column checkboxes in the upper Profiles table or by selecting True in the Trough column cells in the lower Profile Data table are cleared.
Analysis Profiles: Sampling Design
The Sampling Design selection for each matrix is returned to Serial.
Status Codes and BLQ Rules
All settings in this step are maintained and the rules applied automatically and reflected in the lower table.
Dosing: Enter Dosing Information tab
Selections made in the DoseType column in the upper-left table are cleared.
Manually entered molecular weight values in the upper-right table are cleared.
Any manually entered data in the lower table are removed.
Dosing: Calculate Dose Normalized Concentration tab
Any changes to the menu selections above the table are reset.
Any generated “DN*” columns are removed from the lower table.
Calculations: Time Deviations tab
Columns of data generated by executing defined rules are cleared from the lower table. However, the rules themselves, and the Nominal Time column selection, are retained and remain available in the upper section. Press the Execute button to recreate the columns.
Calculations: Baseline Corrections tab
All analyte rows are reset to a Method of None and the Fixed Value set to 0 in the upper table.
Columns of data generated by executing defined rules are cleared from the lower table.
Sample Duplication: Rule Based Duplication tab
Any changes to the settings above the table are reset.
Sample duplication rows (highlighted in pink) generated by executing the selected rules are cleared from the lower table. However, the Settings are retained and remain available in the upper section. Press the Execute button to recreate the rows.
Sample Duplication: Manual Duplication tab
Sample duplicate rows (highlighted in pink) that were manually defined are removed from the table.
Concentration Exclusions
All exclusions are cleared. Manually selected exclusions (defined either in the table or via the Visualization tool) will need to be redefined. If criteria is available in a saved file, use the Load Criteria button to load the exclusion criteria and press the Exclude button to set up the exclusions.
Analysis Preparation
All changes to settings, partial area definitions, unit conversion rules, and carry along selections are retained.
