Manually select data
To exclude a data record(s), select the corresponding row(s) in the table.
Right-click a selected row and choose Exclude from PC or Exclude from NCA from the menu.
Note: Exclusion from multiple operations cannot be done in one step (e.g., excluding a row from the PC and NCA). You will need to perform the manual exclusion for each operation separately.
In the popup dialog, enter the reason for exclusion.
The reason appears later in the analysis, reporting, and SEND output.
When excluding from NCA, check the box to include a flag in the PC.XPT file about the exclusion.
Press OK.
To clear a row’s exclusion settings, right-click the row and choose Undo from the menu.
Note: For Exclude from PC.XPT or Exclude from PC.XPT, if there are any comments in the CO domain for the selected records, they will need to be removed before the exclusion can be performed.
Use the filter icons beside each column name to aid in the selection of records for manual exclusion as described in the next section.
