ADaM

ADTM is the PCDTC value in the PC worksheet.

ADY is derived from the PCTPTREF or VISITDY values in the PC worksheet. For example:
If PCTPTREF= Period 1, Day 2 then ADY= 2
If PCTPTREF is empty, and VISITDY = 1, then ADY = 1
If PCTPTREF does not have string “Day” and VISITDY is empty, then ADY is empty.

ANL01FD is set to “INCLUDED IN PARAMETER ANALYSIS”.

ANL01FL is set to Null if, in the SUPPPC worksheet, QNAM = PCEFL and QVAL = Y. Otherwise, ANL01FL is set to “Y”.

APERIOD is derived from VISIT or PCTPTREF values in the PC worksheet. For example:
If VISIT = Period 1, Day 1 then APERIOD = 1
Or if PCTPTREF = Period 1, Day 1 then APERIOD= 1

APERIODC is derived from VISIT or PCTPTREF values in the PC worksheet. For example:
If VISIT = Period 1, Day 1 then APERIODC = PERIOD 1
Or if PCTPTREF = Period 1, Day 1 then APERIODC = PERIOD 1

ARELTM reports the QVAL value in the SUPPPC worksheet when QNAM = ART (Actual Time in the MasterPC worksheet).

ARELTMU is set to “HOURS” if “hr” was selected as the time unit and set to “DAYS” if “day” was selected.

ASEQ is the sequence number given to ensure uniqueness of subject records within an ADaM dataset.

ATPT reports the PCTPT value in the PC worksheet.

ATPTN reports the PCTPTNUM value in the PC worksheet.

ATPTREF reports PCTPTREF value in the PC worksheet.

AVAL reports the PCSTRESN value in the PC worksheet.

AVALC reports the PCSTRESC value in the PC worksheet.

AVISIT reports the VISIT value in the PC worksheet.

AVISITN reports the VISITNUM value in the PC worksheet.

CRIT1 is set to “INCLUDED IN DESCRIPTIVE STATISTICS”.

CRIT1FL is set to “N” if, in the SUPPPC worksheet, QNAM = PCSEFL and QVAL = Y. Otherwise, CRIT1FL is set to “Y”.

DOSEP reports the EXDOSE value in the EX worksheet (or the Dose entered by the user on the dosing screen).

DOSEU reports the EXDOSU value in the EX worksheet (or the Unit entered by the user on the dosing screen)

MCRIT1 is set to “SAMPLE TIME DEVIATION RULE” when “Deviation rule is applied” n the MasterPC worksheet is populated.

MCRIT1ML reports the DeviationRuleApplied value when “Deviation rule is applied” in the MasterPC worksheet is populated.

PARAM reports the PCTEST value in the PC worksheet.

PARAMCD reports the PCTESTCD value in the PC worksheet.

PARAMN is a numeric representation of PARAM. Useful for ordering and programmatic manipulation. There must be a one-to-one mapping to PARAM within a dataset.

PARCAT1 reports the PCCAT value in the PC worksheet.

PARCAT1N is a numeric representation of PARCAT1.

PCDTC reports the PCDTC value in the PC worksheet.

PCLLOQ reports the PCLLOQ value in the PC worksheet.

PCRFTDTC reports the PCRFTDTC value in the PC worksheet.

PCSPEC reports the PCSPEC value in the PC worksheetPC.PCSPEC

PCSTRESU reports the PCSTRESU value in the PC worksheet.

PPENINT reports the PPENINT value in the PP worksheet.

SRCVAR is set to “PCSTRESN” for the PC domain or “PPSTRESN” for the PP domain.

STUDYID reports the STUDYID value in the DM worksheet, if DM is imported. Otherwise, reports the STUDYID value in the PC worksheet.

SUBJID reports the SUBJID value in the DM worksheet, if DM is imported. Otherwise, this variable is not included.

TRTA reports the TRT0xA value in the ADSL worksheet, if ADSL is imported and if APERIOD = x. For example, if APERIOD = 1 then TRTA = TRT01A. If ADSL is not imported, this variable is not included.

TRTAN reports the TRT0xAN value in the ADSL worksheet, if ADSL is imported and if APERIOD = x. For example, if APERIOD = 1 then TRTAN = TRT01AN. If ADSL is not imported, this variable is not included.

TRTP reports the TRT0xP value in the ADSL worksheet, if ADSL is imported and if APERIOD = x. For example, if APERIOD = 1 then TRTP = TRT01P. If ADSL is not imported, this variable is not included.

TRTPN reports the TRT0xPN value in the ADSL worksheet, if ADSL is imported and if APERIOD= x. For example, if APERIOD = 1 then TRTPN = TRT01PN. If ADSL is not imported, this variable is not included.

USUBJID reports the USUBJID value in the DM worksheet, if DM is imported. Otherwise, reports the SUBJID value in the PC worksheet.
