Convert between comma- and tab-separated format
To convert a csv formatted file to tab or a tab formatted file to csv, in the Files tab on the right side of the window:

Select a csv or tab formatted file in the list.

Right-click the file and choose File actions > Convert CSV<->TAB.

In the dialog, enter a name for the new file.

Press Convert.
