Select File > Settings, expand NONMEM > Hosts > <remote host name>
Profile tools
In the Host Settings tab, press the Add profile button (the profile is added to the left list under the remote host name).
Select a profile under NONMEM > Hosts to edit the settings, press Save and close to save the changes.
Select the profile under NONMEM > Hosts > <remote host name> to delete and click 
at the top.
A remote host that has not yet been saved is deleted immediately. Otherwise, the deletion will not occur until the Save and close button is used in the Settings dialog.
Settings definitions
Profile name — Name identifying this profile.
NONMEM installation folder — Full path to the NONMEM installation folder.
NONMEM version — The version of NONMEM installed.
Custom script — Full path to a custom script to execute when using this profile.
