Select File > Settings, choose Darwin > Profiles in the left list.
Profile tools
Click to create a profile.
Press Defaults to reset the settings to the defaults for a new profile.
Select a profile to edit the settings, then press Save and close to save the changes.
Select the profile to delete and click in the upper left corner of the profile settings page.
Click “?” to open the pyDarwin documentation page in a web browser containing more details about that option.
Settings definitions
Profile name — Name for the profile.
Run searches — How to run searches involving this profile: locally, on remote host as foreground process, on remote host as grid job.
Number of models — Maximum number of models to execute in parallel.
Path to nmfe script — Full path to the script. (Press ... to browse to the location.)
NLME Engine directory — Path to the NLME executable (e.g., C:/Program Files/Certara/NLME_Engine).
GCC directory — Path to the folder where the GCC component is installed (e.g., C:/Program Files/Certara/MinGW64). Required if the NLME engine path is specified.
Path to Rscript — Full path to the Rscript executable. (Press ... to browse to the location.)
Path to Python interpreter — Path to the Python interpreter.
SSH login command — Command for connecting to the host.
Remote mount location — Name of a folder on the remote host that is mounted as a local drive, typically /home/username (e.g., /home/smith).
Local mount location — Drive-letter on the local system that corresponds with the remote host path defined in the previous field, such as X: or V:.
Workload manager — Not applicable to Darwin profiles.
Command to enqueue a search job — Command to submit an entire search job to the grid queue.
Command to enqueue an individual run — Command to submit individual runs to the grid queue.
Submitted job id regular expression — Expression to retrieve data to display when a job is submitted.
Command to poll finished runs — Command to retrieve finished jobs from the grid controller.
Polled job id regular expression — Expression to retrieve data to display when a job is retrieved.
Poll interval — Number of seconds between checks for finished jobs.
Command to delete search related jobs — Command to delete all unfinished jobs related to a search that is stopped.
