Configuring Pirana is done through the Settings dialog, accessed using the File > Settings menu option.
As modifications are made, Pirana validates the entered settings and highlights any that are invalid. Changes made to the settings, including deletion of existing hosts or profiles, will not take effect until the Settings dialog is closed, at which time you are asked to confirm the changes.
The Default button returns the settings on that panel or tab to their last saved values. Any settings that do not have a previous value remain unchanged when Default is pressed.
Note: If a required setting (marked with an asterisk (*)) is not defined, the field is shaded and a value must be entered before the settings can be saved.
