With the Omega search setup options, define a compact search space, specify omega block patterns, and set up search blocks to be run independently.
Select the Omega search link in the left list.
To perform an omega band search, check the Search omega bands box.
Use the Maximum width of omega band field to set the maximum size of omega band to use in the search.
To use omega sub-matrices with the omega band search, check the Search omega sub-matrix box.
Use the Maximum size of sub-matrix field to set the maximum size of sub-matrix to use in the search.
Check the Individual omega search box to handle every search block individually. If unchecked, the search is performed uniformly, with all search blocks having the same pattern of block omegas.
In the Maximum size of omega search block field, enter the maximum amount of omegas to allow in a single omega search block. If not set, it will be calculated automatically.
In the Assign omega search blocks section, select the column (Block) to associate the parameter with the block.
A block must contain at least two omegas to be searched, otherwise the search block will be ignored. Also, a parameter must be associated with at least one block for the omega structure to be searched.
