MPI settings for parallelization

Select File > Settings.

From the left list, select NONMEM > MPI settings.

For remote jobs, edit the script saved to the Auto-MPI file in the Auto MPI file for runs on remote host field.

Enter the Shell script header for runs on remote host to include in the Auto-MPI file.

For local runs, edit the script saved to the Auto-MPI file in the Auto MPI file for local runs field.

Enter the Shell script header for local runs to include in the Auto-MPI file.
