PK Submit will typically be able to assign the appropriate code list to a matrix, unit, or parameter. However, there may be instances where the matrix is not recognized by the system. An unmapped matrix will have a blank Code List cell.
Terminology mapping options depend on whether you are looking at the PC domain or the PP domain.
PC terminology mappings
Set the mapping of matrices and units to the CDISC code list by clicking the respective Code List cell and selecting the appropriate code from the menu.
Press the OK button.
PP terminology mappings
Set the mapping of the matrices, units, and parameters to the CDISC code list by clicking the respective Code List cell and selecting the appropriate code from the menu.
Press the OK button.
