The Diastereomer tab allows you to add the concentration of the analytes together and use that value as a third analyte (called “Total”). The system assumes that the analytes use the same units and have the same molecular weight.
Choose the concentration variables to apply the diastereomers option to.
Press the Execute button.
Upon completion of the execution, a row for each profile is appended to the Results table. The appended rows display Total in the Analyte column and have the sum of the individual analyte concentrations in the column(s) identified by the checked boxes at the top of the page.
