Compatibility and Whitelisted URLs

The Integral application is compatible with Firefox version 77 or greater, Chrome version 83 or greater, Microsoft Edge version 83 or greater.

To prevent antivirus software from flagging/quarantining items required by Integral to function properly, the following should be included in an exception list for virus protection by your IT professional. This will enable all functionality and ensure access to Help and Support sites.

Where * is a wildcard or variable.

Note that TCP port 443 (HTTPS) must be open and TLS version v1.2 is required.
