Licensing Integral with Certara Admin
Integral’s integration with Certara Admin’s licensing capabilities is designed as an online solution where Integral users are required to log into Certara Admin to gain access to Certara products. Once logged in, Integral automatically downloads and stores a securely signed license file that is good for 30 days of offline use. Every launch of Integral while online, or every 24 hours of continuous online use refreshes Integral’s license automatically, keeping it up-to-date with configurations that administrators have set for a user. If 30 days elapse since the last connection to Certara Admin, the user is prompted to log in again to regain access to their assigned products.
Product access and license assignments can be maintained by a organization's administrator through Certara Admin’s user management tools. Integral licenses are granted to individual users through the assignment of a set and a role.
It is expected that the user has previously been configured for access before logging into Certara Admin. If the user has not yet created an account with Certara Admin, they are redirected to Certara Admin’s registration page.
Note: Beginning with Integral 25.4.1, each Integral repository has its own dedicated URL. Users must navigate directly to the repository URL. Desktop client users need to enter the repository URL upon initial installation.
Once the URL is entered, the Certara Admin login page is displayed and you can proceed to enter your Certara Admin credentials.
