Integral 24.4.3 Issues Corrected
A performance issue centered on duplicate folder checking when creating a new folder has been fixed (INTG-5879).
Integral Plugin for Phoenix 8.4 now displays a progress bar as an indicator that the system is processing information (INTG-5971): For example, when transferring data from Watson to Integral, when saving a project as a savepoint, when a repository has been selected, or when Add Selected Item is chosen, it can take some time to process the request. This can lead to customers believing that the system has frozen or quit working. With Integral 24.4.3, the Integral Plugin for Phoenix 8.4 has been updated to quickly display a progress bar in these situations. Contact Support to request the updated plugin.
Integral 24.4.2 Issues Corrected

New option for turning on/off disabling eSignatures feature (INTG-4976): Certara now offers the option to disable the Non-GxP feature for your Integral repository. This option is for customers who want a repository that is solely for 21 CFR Part 11 compliant work, as in all study folders will require eSignatures and no users will be able to create Non-GxP studies.
Integral returns failure information when multiple files are not successfully uploaded at the same time (INTG-4978): When uploading multiple files in one action, information is now returned as to files unsuccessfully uploaded (including the reason why upload failed).
REST API access for upload and download of data (INTG-5133): By exposing Integral's REST API, customers can now utilize more options when it comes to the import and extract of data, via R or other scripts.
When searching for files using Advanced Search, new “Home” option in ellipsis menu redirects to the exact location of the file in Integral (INTG-5085).
Set favorite folders as a default view in Integral (INTG-5166): This allows the user to immediately view all folders they have marked as favorites when they log into Integral.
Phoenix 8.5 is the last release containing PKS plugin: The PKS Plugin will be removed from the Phoenix 8.6 installation since the Integral function to connect directly to the old PKS architecture will be deprecated in the second half of 2025.
Downloading of files from Integral to the local directory using the Plugin browser is now available (with the proper permissions) (INTG-3753).
Multiple Integral URLs can be specified for the Integral Plugin for Phoenix (INTG-4503, INTG-4506): This allows switching between staging and production environments when using the plugin.
Integral 24.4.1 Issues Corrected
There is now a warning message generated when uploading a file with the same name as an existing file (INTG-432).
Once content within folder is blinded, only locking at the Root Folder is possible and, if a file in the Folder is locked, it cannot be blinded (QC 254/INTG-871): Previously, blinding then locking the same file was allowed at file level, which prevented the file from being unlocked later.
When Integral Browser is opened from Phoenix, using the “Reload” option Plugin-related options are no longer removed from the right-click menu (INTG-4237).
An issue regarding the Upload Arrow icon at the folder level not working is no longer reproducible and has been closed (INTG-4267).

If an invalid filename character (e.g., /, :, \) is entered when naming a new folder, warning text is displayed below the field (INTG-4688): The invalid character(s) must be removed before the folder can be created.
When using the Upload File(s) menu item for a selected folder, notifications are now displayed in the following circumstances:
If a file with the same name and content as an existing file in Integral is selected for upload, a notification states that the file’s content is the same and the revision number will remain the same (INTG-4977).
If a file with the same name as an existing file but modified content is selected for upload, a notification states that the content has been updated and, therefore, the revision number will be incremented (INTG-4980).
