The History tab commit information is not updated clearly when the commit involves modifying properties of a file (INTG-910): It has been noted that, since updating the property of an Integral object does not change the revision (since actual data has not changed), the current Author, Commit ID, and Reason will replace the values for the prior commit in the display. It is important to understand that no study data has been compromised, nor have the audit records been lost, merely that they are not all being displayed in the web interface and can be requested by raising a Support ticket.

User roles are not refreshed while switching between repositories (INTG-768): The first instance that a user connects to (normally their production instance due to alphanumeric sort) will set the privileges they use for that session. The workaround for this issue is to ensure users have the same credentials in both systems.

Dependency file is not marked as out-of-date after it was removed in the Client Application and synced back to Integral (QC 224): There is no known workaround for this issue.

There is a discrepancy between root folder permissions for a user displayed in the Effective User Permissions section of the Permissions tab and those shown on the Security > Folder Permissions page (INTG-431): The Security page shows the correct permissions.

Phoenix Plugin

Load latest version for experiment does not work with the Integral Plug-in 1.1.1 (5Feb2021 hotfix) for Phoenix 8.1, 8.2, and 8.3 (INTG-730): When source data is updated, any dependent experiments are flagged red and the user is prompted to “Get latest version of all objects.” However, clicking Yes does not work as intended, since the new data will not be retrieved. Although the color flagging of experiments will change, the data history will correctly confirm and record this. To workaround this issue, once the experiment is loaded as a Phoenix project, right click on any data files that need updating and select Refresh from Source. The updated files will load. That is, automatic refresh fails, but manual refresh works.

Phoenix Installation test case in Validation Suite fails after Integral 1.1 plugin is installed (QC 18053): In Phoenix 8.3, the Integral plugin was removed from the Phoenix installation so that the plugin could have its own installer. Installing the Integral 1.1 plugin causes the Phoenix Installation test case in the Validation Suite to report a false failure.

In the "Default Save Options" panel, the Load From File button is not retaining and applying loaded options (INTG-676/CS00206457): If the default save options are loaded from a file, but not applied when saving an experiment to Integral, the loaded save options are not retained. Moving to a different preferences panel and going back to the Default Save Options panel shows that the save options are not there. The current workaround is to make any manual edit to the loaded save options using Edit, Add, or Remove, and click OK. When Phoenix is reopened and an experiment is saved to Integral, the save options will be properly retained and applied.

"Add experiment" option sometimes disappears from the drop down menu after logging back in to Integral plugin (INTG-647): This issue was encountered when trying to save an updated experiment using an Integral window that had timed out. The workaround is to close the Integral window when the session times out. Then reconnect from the Phoenix Integral plugin.

Drag and drop for file uploads does not work in the Integral plugin (INTG-600): The newer version of DotNetBrowser used with Integral 1.1.1 does not support drag and drop from a user's desktop to the Integral Browser as the previous version did. The workaround is to use the file browser to select the files to upload.

When multiple experiments are open in Phoenix, Integral > Save does not recognize the currently selected project (INTG-434): The Save dialog always shows the last loaded project, even if a different project is selected in Phoenix. The workaround is to only have one experiment loaded in Phoenix at one time or make sure the experiment you intend to save is the last one loaded into Phoenix.

Client Application

When running the Client Application on a Linux OS, an error occurs when trying to sync the root folder, even though the folder is successfully synced (QC 235): The workaround for Linux users is to press the Sync to Client button a second time, which will perform the sync again but will not result in an error message.

Filename length is limited to 128 characters, including the file extension (INTG-470): Filenames that are longer than 128 characters are truncated to 128 characters, which could result in the file not being loaded. To avoid this issue, keep filenames less than 128 characters.

Excluded items are not actually excluded when syncing an experiment (INTG-506): The Exclude checkbox is not functioning and items will be synchronized to Integral regardless of the state of the checkbox.

Undefined folders are still synced despite the warning message (INTG-507): When synchronizing parent/root folders containing an undefined folder, a message is displayed stating that only defined subfolders will be synchronized. However, if you proceed with the synchronization (by clicking OK), the undefined folders are synchronized and assigned the folder type of Folder.

Set property window pops up every time when syncing an experiment, even though it has been set previously (INTG-508): The Set property window should only display the first time that an experiment is synchronized to Integral.

Syncing a file to a folder where “file upload = false” is still possible at file level (INTG-510).

Warning message on “undefined subfolders” when syncing an experiment is shown, even if all folders are defined (INTG-513).
