Blind and Unblind Folders and Files

To blind a single file

  1. Select the file to blind in the browser.

  2. Click ellipsis_11.png and select Blind File from the pop-up menu.
    Or
    Click icon_blind.png in the panel toolbar.

  3. An electronic signature is required for this action. In the popup, enter a reason for the change, the password used to log into Integral, and then click Sign.

Once the file is blinded, the Content tab is no longer available for viewing and the Blinded property in the Properties tab is set to Yes.

To blind multiple files in a folder

  1. Select folder in the browser.

  2. In the panel, check the boxes for the files to blind.

  3. Click icon_blind_1.png in the panel toolbar.

  4. An electronic signature is required for this action. In the popup, enter a reason for the change, the password used to log into Integral, and then click Sign.

If a subset of content items listed in the right panel have boxes checked when icon_blind_2.png is clicked, then only the checked items are blinded.

If a folder is chosen to be blinded, then all files in that folder and all files in any subfolders will be blinded.

To blind all files in a folder

  1. Select folder in the browser.

  2. Click ellipsis_12.png and select Blind All Files from the pop-up menu.

  3. An electronic signature is required for this action. In the popup, enter a reason for the change, the password used to log into Integral, and then click Sign.

If a subset of content items listed in the right panel have boxes checked when icon_blind_3.png is clicked, then only the checked items are blinded.

If a folder is chosen to be blinded, then all files in that folder and all files in any subfolders will be blinded.

To unblind files

  1. Use the same instructions for blinding, but select Unblind File or Unblind All Files from the pop-up menu.
    Or
    Click icon_unblind.png in the panel toolbar.

  2. An electronic signature is required for this action. In the popup, enter a reason for the change, the password used to log into Integral, and then click Sign.

Once the folder/file is unblinded, the Content tab becomes available for viewing and the Blinded property in the Properties tab is set to No.

Multiple folders/files can be unblinded using the same process as described above for blinding multi­ple folders/files.
