Add a user to the system database
Requires Administrator permission.
Click in the toolbar.
Click above the list to show existing users.
Click on the right side above the user list.
In the Add User popup, type the name of the user to locate in the company directory. As you type, a list of matching names found in the system are shown.
Once the name has been found, click the name.
The user’s email address is displayed below the user’s name.
Click Add to add that person to the list.
