When the CrossCheck tab is selected, the Preview pane will be split into two separate sections. The left-hand side of the Preview pane shows the location of the link, while the right-hand pane shows where that link is pointing to. Undocking the Preview pane at this point may be useful if you have a second monitor, as it will give you more space to check the links and bookmarks.

As with other grids, you can select, copy, and paste results (see the “Saving Grids to Excel” section for more information).
Columns Available on CrossCheck Tab
Source Name / Page: Name of a bookmark or page number on which a link appears.
Source Path: Full path of the file containing the bookmark/link.
Source TOC Path: TOC path of the file containing the bookmark/link.
Destination TOC Path: TOC path of the file pointed to by the bookmark/link.
Source Title: eCTD title of the file containing the bookmark/link.
Destination Title: eCTD title of the file pointed to by the bookmark/link.
Destination Path: Path that the bookmark/link points to.
internal for place in the same document. Should be a relative link, but that is the responsibility of the author of the link.
Destination Page: Page on which the destination of the bookmark/link appears.
For external or broken bookmarks/links, this will appear as N/A or unavailable, respectively.
File Reference Location: General location of the destination of the bookmark/link.
Values include Same Document, Same Sequence, External (such as a URL), Web Reference, or the number of the sequence, if a different sequence.
File Reference Status: Status of the destination file reference.
Current, Deleted, Replaced, Replaced (New Document), Amended, Appended. Also N/A for external or broken bookmarks/ links.
Quality Issues: Check box indicating that one or more quality issues has been identified for the bookmark/link.
Checked if any of the specific settings described below is checked. Sort the grid by this column to easily identify files with problems.
Broken: Indicator that the bookmark/link destination cannot be located.
Indicates an error condition when checked.
Inactive: Indicator that the bookmark/link has no set destination.
Indicates an error condition when checked.
Absolute: Indicator that the bookmark/link is non-relative (e.g., c:\studyreport.pdf).
Indicates an error condition when checked.
Corrupt: Indicator that the bookmark/link resolves to the destination as expected, but file cannot be opened.
Indicates an error condition when checked.
Wrong Zoom: Indicator that the bookmark zoom is not set to Inherit Zoom.
Indicates an error condition when checked.
Bad Destination: Indicator that a bookmark/link either points to a named destination or page number that does not exist in the destination document.
Indicates an error condition when checked.
Multi-Action: Indicator that the bookmark/link activates more than one action, which is an error.
Indicates an error condition when checked.
