Filter by Sequence

This filter allows you to control the sequences appearing in REVIEW. There are two ways to access Filter by Sequence:

To select a single sequence and hide all others, choose Filter by Content from the View menu and select the desired sequence.

Review_FilterByOneSeq

To select multiple sequences, choose Filter by Content from the View menu and then choose the Manage menu item.

If you have chosen the second option, the Filter by Content dialog will be displayed.

From this dialog, click on New.

Review_FilterByContent

Select the Sequence tab.

Click on the button that says Click here to add filter criteria.

Review_FBSClickHere

The window will now display two dropdown menus and two buttons; one for adding additional criteria and the other for deleting criteria.

Review_FBSCriteriaOpts

As an example, the illustration below shows you how to create a filter so that two Regulatory Activities are displayed.

Review_FBSCriteriaEx

In this case, all of the sequences belonging to the Efficacy Supplement and the Annual Report will be displayed, including any amendment submissions. The original application and the CMC supplement will not be displayed.

Once this is completed, click OK. Like the Content filtering, REVIEW will ask for a filter name.

Review_FBSResults

The AND criteria should only be used to filter items that can/will be nested within the parent criteria. OR is used to filter data at the same level.

For example, you can use the AND statement to filter out a Regulatory Activity and a Drug Manufacturer combination. Similar to the previous example, to filter out two sequences, you will need to use OR to display Sequence 0003 or Sequence 0004.
