You can apply multiple filters by using a combination of Filter by Regulatory Activity, Filter by Content, and Filter by Sequence filters. Regardless of which filter you enable first, the filters will be applied in a cumulative manner. Please note that creating a Filter by Content filter and then choosing criteria for Filter by Sequence will result in a combination filter.
When a filter is active, REVIEW notates this in a few different locations. If documents that have been added to the application or sequence are not appearing, this is often the reason why. You can find the filter notations at the bottom of the REVIEW screen.
You can share content filters with others via email.
Simply attach the file that is stored on your computer at:
C:\Users\<User name>\AppData\Roaming\GlobalSubmit\Review\<file name.enf>
By default, the AppData folder is hidden in Windows Explorer. To access the AppData folder:
Open Windows Explorer. Press the Alt key on the keyboard, which should then bring up the windows menus.
Select View.
An option for Show Hidden Folders will appear.
• To skip this step, open up Run from the start menu enter in %appdata% in the browser bar. This will open the folder without having to navigate.
The recipient will save the filter file under the same location on their C:\ drive. Using the example shown above, the file name would be Quality.enf.
