The Action menu provides a list of actions available for the selected row from the Details pane. Keep in mind that the list of actions available is relative to the selected tab.
For example, the Action menu when the Details tab is selected, will only display options relevant to the Details tab. The possible actions may be different from what is listed when the Annotations tab is selected.
