Sequence_State

A sequence can have the following user-selected states:

• In Progress: The sequence is being edited.

• Submission Ready: The sequence is not editable and being reviewed for quality control.

• Submitted: The sequence is sent to the agency for review.

To change the sequence state, click on the sequence in either sequence view or regulatory activity view and change the sequence state in the State dropdown in the Details grid.
