This section concerns pre-installation requirements and assumptions for PUBLISH users, as well as preliminary instructions for installing PUBLISH.

System Requirements

Users should have a computer with the following:

• Any currently supported Windows operating system with full .NET framework 4.0 or higher

• Any desktop application for viewing formats (such as Microsoft Word or SAS applications)

• Adobe® Reader, Adobe DC, or Acrobat software, version 10 or 11.
To make text based modifications to documents, Acrobat Standard or Pro is required

Assumptions

Users should be familiar with:

• Windows operating system, including Windows Explorer

• eCTD basics
